Forget Me Not handout based on Uchtdorf's talk

I've had several requests to create a handout based on President Dieter F. Uchtdorf's "Forget Me Not" talk so here's my version.  I've seen lots of other handouts using the "Forget Nots" on them so I decided to do something a little different and use this awesome quote instead.  I hope you like it!
